SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

When you receive a package from us, check it over...and if it shows any damage (a bend, a puncture, etc), refuse the package. It will be returned to us by the carrier. We will inspect the returned package and file a claim at our end. And we will reship the item to you. It would be extremely unusual for a package to be intact, and the item inside to be damaged. However, when you unpack your art, look it over carefully and call 800.621.1141 (ask for Peggy) if there are any problems. Any damage must reported within a week of your receipt. When returning an item to us, it is best to place it in the carton or tube in which it was delivered to you. If that is not possible, please call Peggy for further instructions.

PAYMENT
We take all of the credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We will post your payment as we prepare for shipping.

  • shipping is FLAT for canvas images less than 36” (stretched)
  • larger canvases will be shipped rolled

To other LOCATIONS: all canvases will be shipped rolled
